For deliveries from Boule Partner in the Internet shop "www.boule-partner.de". The terms of delivery from www.boule-partner.de count for the dispatch within the Federal Republic of Germany and in countries of the European Union as well as Switzerland.

Validity / Time of the contract end: By clicking the badge " order send off " you deliver an obliging order of the products contained in the goods basket. The confirmation of the entrance of the order follows directly on sending the order. The bill of sale does not come with our order confirmation, but only with delivery of the products. Returns from the EU foreign country and Switzerland will not be accepted if they are sent without payed postage.

Prices: All prices contain the German Tax Requirement at the time of the order. All prices are from our Warehouse in Bürgstadt 

Notices of defect, guarantee and compensation
You have a 2-week right of return. They are no more bound to your order if you send back within a term of two weeks on receipt of the products (only within Germany) to the undermentioned address.

If you send back damaged or worn products, the lawfully allowed amount is brought in deduction; you can avoid this, by  checking the product and send back this without usage traces, and in the original packaging. Please, use the added Return end sticker. Inform us of your bank connection to be able to transfer to you the value of the return in the return Form.

Returns must be Pre-Payed Posted. Package which are not Pre-Payed will not be accepted.

Product representation / links: We provide the product representations and information to the best of our knowledge. Nevertheless, color divergences or text mistakes can appear. We are not responsibly for the contents from the left which lead from our sides to other suppliers. We are liable neither for misprint nor for the ability of delivery of the products.

Terms of payment: The payment is possible nowadays only cash on delivery, or with check or Bank Transfer. Transfers from abroad are to be effected so that the full amount arrives with us. The bank fees are to be carried from the customer. Should the product not be on stock, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. The dispatch occurs only in budgetary-usual amounts. We deliver as a rule within four days, or the term named in the goods basket. There are no Compensation for late deliverd artikels.

If you chose cash on delivery in Germany. There is in addition a 2 EUR fees which the Postman will collect which is not contained in the price. In the EU foreign country We do not make deliveries with cash on delivery and additional fees in these Countries are not contained in our bill price.

Abroad: We deliver out side of Germany only against Bank Transfer.

Switzerland:We take over no costs for example customs clearance in Switzerland. Additional fees with the postman in Switzerland / COD charges again which are not contained in the bill price. By the import the Swiss value added tax is to be paid.

Deliveries:We deliver immediate the available products as fastest as possible per DPD or by parcel service DHL. The balls which are not available in Germany extend the delivery time by 4 to 6 weeks. Unfortunately, for the observance of the dates of delivery we can take any liability. As soon as we have handed over the product to our delivery agent, the delivery of the product occurs at the expenses of and danger of the customer.

Delivery within Germany: our dispatch and packing charges are to 5 kgs.

With a goods order value less than 30.00 EUR we raise one a surcharge of 2.90 EUR. Goods order value from 31.00 EUR of forwarding expenses-all-inclusive of 8.00 EUR. Goods order value from 50.00 EUR of forwarding expenses-all-inclusive of 6.70 Euros From a goods value of 100.00 Euros we deliver no delivery charge.

By deliveries in the European Union we raise a forwarding expenses  of 18.95 EUR, with a goods value from up to 300.00 Euros. From a goods value of 300.00 Euros we deliver with no delivery charge.

Retention of title:The product ordered by you remains our property up to entire payment.

Guarantee:The guarantee occurs after the lawful regulations and we are entitled to supply later in case of a lack of the product after your choice or to touch up. If the finishing touches miss finally or are the supplied later product likewise out of stock, you can require return of the product against restitution of the arranged price or lowering of the purchase price. Take information about possible manufacturer's guarantees, please, the produkt document.
